Dedicated his career tothe research of organic reference materials and stable isotope-labeled substances in the fields of food, environment, medicine, clinical, pesticides, and veterinary drugs.
Dr. Zhang obtained his Ph.D. Degree from Universidad de Oviedo, Spain.
